High Intensity
This is where most folks start and honestly, it never gets boring. We mix weightlifting, gymnastics movements, and cardio into workouts that change daily. You'll be coaching through proper form before we ramp up intensity - no one's throwing you into the deep end here. Works great whether you're brand new or been at it for years.

Real fight training, no fluff. You'll learn striking, grappling, and how to actually defend yourself. We break it down technique-first so you're not just flailing around. Sparring's optional but most people get hooked once they try it. Great workout, builds serious confidence, and yeah - you might take a few bumps learning but that's part of it.
Moderate Intensity
Snatch and clean & jerk - that's what we're drilling here. These lifts are technical as hell but super rewarding when you nail them. Smaller class sizes mean you get more eyes-on coaching. If you've got some lifting experience and wanna refine your technique or add some serious power, this is it.
Variable Intensity
One-on-one time with a coach who'll build a program around your actual goals - not some cookie-cutter BS. We also do nutrition coaching because let's be real, you can't out-train a bad diet. Good for anyone who needs more focused attention or has specific things they're working toward.
Moderate Intensity
For teenagers who wanna get stronger and more athletic. We focus on building good movement patterns, strength foundations, and keeping it fun so they actually want to show up. Parents love it because their kids get off screens and learn discipline. Kids love it because it doesn't feel like boring gym class.
This is the class everyone skips until they realize how beat up they are. We do guided stretching, foam rolling, mobility drills - all that stuff that makes you feel human again. It's not just lying around though, we're actively working on improving your range of motion and fixing the tight spots that mess up your lifts or cause pain. Honestly? You should be doing this at least once a week if you're training hard. Your body will thank you.
