We're right in the heart of Vancouver, just off Burrard. Parking's a bit tight around here but there's a lot next door. Street parking too if you're lucky.

Do I need to be in shape already?

Nope. We've had everyone from complete beginners to ex-athletes walk through that door. Every workout scales to your level. You start where you're at, not where you think you should be.

Can I try before committing?

For sure. First class is free, no strings attached. Come see if you vibe with the space and the coaches. Most folks know pretty quick if it's their kind of place.

What should I bring to my first session?

Just comfortable workout clothes, running shoes, and a water bottle. We've got towels and some loaner equipment if you need it. Shower's there if you gotta head straight to work after.

How do memberships work?

We keep it simple - monthly memberships, no crazy contracts. Different tiers depending on how often you wanna train. Drop-ins are cool too if you're just passing through Vancouver.
